Spirit Mail: Spirit Mail is post that's remained undelivered to lost souls.Once cleansed, Flower Shrines will normally give you a bunch of Gems. When you first find them, they'll be covered in corruption, but you can clear this away with the use of a Forest Tear. Flower Shrines: There are special statues throughout the world called Flower Shrines.They're also given to you when you find Hat Carts (where you can buy the Hats you've found and equip them), and are also sometimes rewards for solving puzzles or beating challenges.
